Harry Curzon

Policy and Research

My name is Harry Curzon I have a BA in Politics and MA in International Politics both from the University of Hull. I have worked on a range of health and social policy in full-time policy roles, at the International Longevity Centre and The Salvation Army. Within these roles I have carried out research/policy projects in multidisciplinary settings, with topics including preventable diseases, climate change, healthy ageing, welfare, and homelessness. I have a particular interest in disability and intersectionality, and I am committed to ensuring that all policy making is inclusive as possible. I have also written on governance in Africa, whilst writing for the Best of Africa website.

Subsequently, I am excited by the opportunity to use my knowledge and passion for diversity and health to help AHO promote the importance of equity and access to effective health care across the continent.
